Our very special Easter weekend concert celebrates both the glory of creation and its Creator. Holst's Brook Green Suite celebrates the British countryside with its playful use of themes that may or may not be folk tunes. Barber's Adagio for Strings is a well-known, pensive work full of emotion.
In contrast, John Rutter's Magnificat is an uplifting and energetic celebration. We couldn't be more pleased to partner with the Temecula Valley Master Chorale and their Music Director, John Byun, for this soaring work that echoes Bach's own Magnificat.
