Formed in 2007 at the Colburn Conservatory in Los Angeles, The Saguaro Piano Trio first burst onto the scene with stunning successes in the world’s most exclusive chamber music competitions. In September 2009, they solidified their reputation by taking first prize and special Brahms prize at the International Chamber Music Competition Hamburg. Their passion for the vitality of new music has led them to premiere works by a number of composers. They are currently based in Los Angeles, and serve as Young Ensemble in Residence for the Da Camera Society.
