Check out this video!

Join us for an unforgettable evening led by the talented vocalist and composer Lisa Andrea Torres. The Brazz Jazz Quartet masterfully blends contemporary jazz, bossa nova, and Brazilian jazz, offering a dynamic repertoire in both English and Portuguese.

Repertoire: Enjoy the sounds of jazz greats like Chick Corea, Flora Purim, and George Duke, alongside Brazilian legends such as Gilberto Gil, Baden Powell & Vinicius de Moraes, and João Donato. Lisa brings a fresh and creative approach, merging the richness of American jazz with the vibrant spirit of Brazilian music.

Meet the Band:
Sandro Rebel (piano/keyboard): A Brazilian-born pianist and composer with over 30 years in the music industry, Sandro has toured in 35+ countries and performed at iconic venues like the Hollywood Bowl, Radio City Music Hall, and O2 Arena. His impressive credits include collaborations with Frankie Valli, Gloria Trevi, Gilberto Gil, Zélia Duncan, and more.

Tatá Batera (drums): A trailblazing force in the world of percussion, Tatá Batera returns to the stage after an active schedule, including her stunning performance at the Brasil Brazil Show last January. As a woman excelling in a traditionally male-dominated instrument, Tatá embodies the spirit of Women’s Heritage Month, bringing power, precision, and passion to every beat.

Oskar Cartaya (bass): A Latin Grammy nominee and former musical director for Jennifer Lopez, Oskar boasts a prolific career working with legends like Spyro Gyra, Herb Alpert, Celia Cruz, Tito Puente, Rubén Blades, and many more. His deep grooves and impeccable musicianship anchor the quartet’s sound.

Don’t miss this extraordinary night of jazz and Brazilian rhythms, celebrating the artistry of women and the universal language of music!
